Clayton Phuran is a litigation attorney who practices both in civil and criminal matters. He is a keen, driven, and pragmatic lawyer. Mr. Phuran has experience in personal injury including road traffic accidents and industrial diseases. He has a wealth of experience in family and divorce, pension, employment, judicial review, probate, professional negligence, debt recovery, and contractual disputes.

Mr. Phuran is admitted to the Bar of England and Wales (unregistered), Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands. He maintains ties with these jurisdictions among others and having multiple connections serves well in cross-border disputes and litigation.

He is passionate about his work and this is demonstrated in his advocacy both in and out of court.

He has appeared at all local tiers of the Cayman Islands
Courts, from the Summary Court to the Court of Appeal. He has acted in the Supreme Court of Jamaica and appeared in many County Courts across the North West of England.  

Mr. Phuran is also a trained mediator.
