Clayton Phuran is a litigation attorney who practices both in civil and criminal matters. He is a keen, driven, and pragmatic lawyer. Mr. Phuran has experience in personal injury including road traffic accidents and industrial diseases. He has a wealth of experience in family and divorce, pension, employment, judicial review, probate, professional negligence, debt recovery, and contractual disputes.

Mr. Phuran is admitted to the Bar of England and Wales (unregistered), Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands. He maintains ties with these jurisdictions among others and having multiple connections serves well in cross-border disputes and litigation.

Mr. Phuran is an experienced criminal litigator and duty counsel.  He is passionate about his work and this is demonstrated in his advocacy both in and out of court.

He has appeared at all local tiers of the Cayman Islands Courts, from the Summary Court to the Court of Appeal. He has acted in the Supreme Court of Jamaica and appeared in many County Courts across the North West of England.  Mr. Phuran is also a trained mediator.

While Clayton is a zealous, knowledgeable, and resourceful attorney, he also enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and gardening.

Clifton Campbell was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2014 and is a graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica, where he obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.) with Honors. While reading for his Certificate of Legal Education (CLE) at the Norman Manley Law School, Clifton was an intern at Archer, Cummings & Company under the pupillage of two-time pasted president of the Jamaica Bar Associate, Ms. Jacqueline Cummings.

Mr. Campbell is now a Senior Associate at Archer, Cummings & Company, specializing in Civil Litigation including, but not limited to, personal injury claims and defence for one for Jamaica’s largest insurance company, commercial litigation, divorce, family law and land matters. He also practices criminal litigation.

Mr. Campbell is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with his family, watching, and participating in sports (football especially). He is a devoted Chelsea FC fan.
